  1. Christine Morabito says:

I thought is was a great event and well attended for such bad weather (which is becoming a pattern at our breakfasts). I was impressed with Christy’s message. He has several great ideas on ways the state could save money and help break the cycle of dependency. I think his stand on the issues resonates with the Tea Party–smaller govenrment, lower taxes and more personal responsibility. Christy’s track record shows he’s not afraid to take on the status quo! Most importantly, he is championing the sales tax roll back of which I’m a big fan. When asked how he would replace that money, he’s says “I won’t,” the state government would then be forced to shrink in size and do with less money. I’ve not completely made my decision I’m looking forward to hearing from the other candidates. But where Christy’s concerned–so far so good!
